African bank does their own thing yet again

this morning at around 7:10 I get a call from a agent from African bank telling me they tried to debit my account today which is the 24/01/2015 and they couldn't get the money. Of course your ll wont get it its the 24 and I get paid on the 25th of every month that was my agreement with African bank so by then I am angry and start rising my voice she the agent keeps telling me to calm down now can I calm down when they debit my account on the wrong date this is the second time in a row now. How will this agent have felt if she was in my shoes. Now yet again I have bank chargers for a debit going unpaid which suppose to go off on the 25th of every month. Now my cheque account is also not in good standing all because African bank out of their own decided to debit me on the 24 a day before pay day. Plus their agent refused to give me her name which call centre agent refuses to give a client their name. What business is African bank running???????????????????????????? I cant wait to just pay you guys off and never do business with you guys again because yourll are not professional at all yourll do yours owns thing. African bank does business like a loan shark would. Calling people at ungodly hours and just doing their own thing not what was agreed apon. Plus this rude agent not once apologized for for them debiting me on the wrong date all she could say is stop shouting calm down never in my life have a dealt with such a call centre agent she needs training .
