African Bank does not treat customers fairly

My mom got a loan of R146 090 from African Bank in 2011. The term of the loan that was granted to her was 72 months at an interest rate of 31%. She has been paying for 42 months and has paid R211 043. She is left with 30 months. I want this agreement to be investigated. I do not believe that the consultant who provided this loan to her acted in her best interests.<br> <br> She is taking this matter to the NCR and has requested the loan agreement from African Bank however they have still not provided it.
