African bank does not have options to reverse money: so make payments at your own risk

So, African bank has no options, nor has reasons why it does not reverse payments even if it’s not an immediate payment. A Lady by name of Evon Matlala only provided me Options to log it as ***** or missing money which will take about 7 days which defeats the purpose because by then the money would have reflected. This lady even go as far as advising that I would get my money back from african bank if I log it as missing money but then african bank will be within their rights to debit the money from my account which puzzle me because how then is that a solution if I’m losing out. I have made the conclusion that African bank is neither a good bank to invest or transact as your main account. Just use it as temporary bank if you don’t want to be inconvenienced because none of their call centres agents apply themselves or attempt to enquire from their seniors or someone. They simply stick to what’s on the system and simply say that nothing can be done.
