African Bank does not care about their customers they just want to make money.I am never going to use their service ever again.
I settled my huge account and i was told i could get a discounted settlement offer with a higher percentage and its not happening.African bank does not care about their customers except to make more money even when they can see you struggling.I am never going to use their service ever again,i asked for 50 percent settlement discount before i settled my credit card and i was asuured i can get it with my loans and its not happening.

09 Sept 2026, 10:56I spoke to one of the agent today at the collections department she sent the settlement letters and she told me the bank is not obligated to give the discounted settlement amount and when i asked for her or his name was not willing to say.Imagine getting a service from someone who is not willing to disclose their name.I am honestly dissappointed in african bank and once i pay this 2 accounts i am honestly done with their service.
