AFRICAN BANK DOES NOT CARE

African bank collections team are rude and unwilling to assist a client to find a way to reduce issues you may have . on Friday Nov 1 i had a call from a friendly consultant who asked me please if i am not able to at least make a payment of R250 towards every account , i then advised yes im going to attempt to make an arrangement to get the money required please call me Monday to confirm arrangement since Monday however i have only had rude consultants call me refusing the payment plan which was offered to me just Friday . These consultants refuse to try and understand what you explain and refuse to get the call recording from friday so whats the point of advising us clients about call recordings .
