African Bank does not assist clients who want to settle their debt

I am currently under debt review and have appealed to African Bank to give me a discounted settlement offer on my credit card- many other banks have offered me a discounted settlement offer but African Bank does not want to budge, I am having difficulty paying of this debt but i also want to clear it. I would be appreciative if African Bank would support me in trying to repay the funds.

I must admit the staff are very friendly but this doesn't aid the cause if I didn't get any assistance.

Other financial institutions like Sanlam and RCS have welcomed and offered good settlement discounts so why can't African Bank do the same. Disappointed and dissatisfied customer service and relations.
