AFRICAN BANK DO NOT UPDATE CREDIT PROFILE

I have been paying my African Bank credit card as well as my overdraft account consecutively as far back as July 2023 to date, however they never seem to care to update my credit profile (xperian/Transunion etc) which they last updated in 03 December 2022 which is exactly a year ago! Please update my profile bacause i have been paying you!
