African Bank & DMC99 listing HORROR

I just received my ITC credit report and I see a new listing from a company called DMC99 and claimed that African bank gave them my account.Am paying African Bank every month and now they listed me twice.What is even worse my balance with African is R1700 and DMC Listed R3000.Please fix this it affecting my credit score very bad.
