African Bank Disappoints yet again!

I have had a loan with African Bank since December 2016. i have been paying without any problem. Till Covid came in and i got put off from work till next year. i have sent in documents stating my problem and i havent had any feedback from them. I called to find out what was happening and they said that my documents were not processed and then i never heard from them again. Last week i received and sms saying that i am outstanding and when i asked why the credit life hasn't paid the consultant was a little rude with me. I asked him to please transfer me and he said oh i should phone them myself. I would like some feedback as i am not working and can not afford to pay the loan while i have credit life insurance that was being paid and yet they refuse to help me!
