African Bank destroying peoples credit records

African Bank has not been updating my credit record with the Credit bureaus for the last 3 months. Now i am applying for a Bond and i am getting rejected because the bureaus are saying that i haven't been paying African Bank for the last 3 months. Contacted them for assistance they are telling me that it will take 7 days for me to get a letter from them showing that i have been paying well and its going to take a further 21 days for the update at the Bureaus. Basically i have been sent from pillar to post with no assistance!!!
