African bank delays and bad communication no updates no loan but active debicheck

I am highly annoyed with the service i have been receiving I chose to take a loan with you guys because I have done so in the past however this time around it's been long and dragging process with no communication or feedback on WhatsApp or when calling

I went for a Loan in branch on Friday the 6/03/2026 I was then approved with debicheck accepted and pre agreement signed in branch.

However till today no response I keep getting sms to fetch my world card in the branch but no response on the loan? I called Monday they said they busy with final review

They then send me from pillar to post by saying I must upload employment confirmation which I did on Saturday already at this point all I'm sitting with is a active Debi check on my account and a pre agreement and quotation That's about to expire by Friday. At this point the loan can be cancelled and Debi check removed from my account

No one responds to mails no one responds on the WhatsApp line on the phone all they can give you is we can escalate this
