African bank deducting loan 3 times in few days in Dec

African Bank is so scared you going to run away with their money that they deducted my loan re payment for Dec 3 times. They mag taped me twice on the 19th of Dec. I was unaware and on 21st when trying trying to make a purchase card declined. What an embarrasment. I went in to branch. Battled whole day to get refund done asap because they took all my money and few days before Christmas. Eventually got my money back that evening. So today on Christmas day when making a purchase card declined again. Checked and found that i was mag taped for same amount for 3rd time . So being Christmas and Boxing day i cant resolve this and once again sitting with no money because of their greedyness and stupidity. I am furious and will not EVER recommend them to anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous. Trying to deduct 3 times for the same loan. Spoiling my time in leave fighting fir my money because of their mistakes.
