African Bank Customer service sucks

8-May-2020 I joined African Bank 7 Days Notice Deposited after depositing with EFT African Bank consultant advised me to use debit order instead of EFT 1st month they debited twice then I went to the branch they guy that was helping me escalated to accounts through the phone the lady refused to talk to me then I was forced by the situation to withdraw all my investment but only to realize i can only withdraw 50% of the investment I gave notice after 7 days I went back to vosloorus branch still the guy transferred me to the lady again but the lady asked me to give the phone to the consultant ..... The lady advised the consultant to advise me what to do......... I fail to understand what makes this people so special that they can not talk to people who invest in their business
