I would like to arrange for a payout of my tax free savings account. I have emailed ***, no joy tried logging into online banking, now it asking for a pin, which is has never done before. only way to get a pin is to go into a branch. what is the dark ages? also tried calling but my call is also unanswered tried their AI help, no response,
