African Bank - Customer Service is shocking

Hi,

I have paid my African Bank account and settled it in full on the 21st of November 2019, I subsequently received a paid up letter. I called the Contact Centre to request them to update my account as Paid Up with the credit bureau. This simple task has not been completed after numerous follow ups.
