AFRICAN BANK: ******. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

So I settled my account with African Bank in August at a branch (full amount). A debit order had went off prior to the settlement. I called in to reverse the debit order amount since I settled the account. I was sent an SMS that they can't give me my money back because there's no credit balance reference ***. I had sent proof of payment to this email ***.

Please give me my money back. I have paid what's due to you. Please pay back what's due to me.
