African Bank ******, dont want to clear account even though its settled in full

I settled my account in full with African Bank 3rd Party attorney call Globe Lubbe Attorneys, then sent me paid up letter and paid the R21k to african bank.

African bank had debited my account, but then they told me once they receive funds ill be refunded.

Now that they received the funds from GLA, they say i still have outstanding balance, i explained and sent proof of payment and paid up letter from their third party that my account is settled in full through settlement discount, yet they insist that i still owe them, even logged a request for them to close the account and with eveidence yet they still said i owe them, they now ooaded anpther debit to go off my account, i sent email to both african bank and GLA to resolve this matter, yet nothing has happened

I would never trust African bank ever again, no wonder they went bankrupt, they use to cheating clients, im now going to the ombuds as i have exhausted all the internal process, bunch of ******
