African bank credit card ADVERSE INFORMATION
African Bank refuse to either action or understand my request/complaint regarding a credit card i have with them. I went into arrears with them which i dont dispute and by all accounts it reflects that my credit card account is still active with African bank but the account is listed at the major credit buro's as being WRITTEN OFF. This reflect as a ADVERSE INFORMATION. I have communicated this on numerous occations with African bank consultants but to no avail. They just dont want to rectify this problem. My understanding is that you cannot have a active/open account being paid monthly but it reflects as "Written off"...

01 Apr 2023, 09:09Well i guess i was correct to say that African bank do not take this complaint serious. I've reported this matter on 26 Feb 2023 and on instruction submitted documents to the relevant department unfortunately up to date still no changes was made to my situation.
