AFRICAN BANK - COVID 19 NONE ASSISTANCE

I have tried to make arrangement with them in regard to payment during the COVID-19 period but no responses has been received on any of my e-mails, the call centre obviously is overloaded as you hold for ever and nobody is answering. How do i make arrangements as I will not be receiving a income at the end of April 2020.
