African bank conduct business like loan sharks not like banks

Today at around 11:15 a agent from African bank calls to assist me with my hello Peter query I was at my son's soccer meeting I asked her to called me back in 30 mins she says she will do that it's now15:36 and still no damn call. I want my damn want my money back ur stupids double debited me. My other debts are going unpaid and I am getting charged for unpaid debit orders. Once again I say African bank is not a bank they do business like loan sharks. I get double debited even though I am not in arrears what *** is this.
