African Bank Claims department USELESS

I have an African bank credit card. I was retrenched almost a year ago. I have sent retrenchment documents, claim forms and made NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS to claim from African bank with ZERO response. Can someone please contact me. This service/ lack thereof is completely ridiculous.
