Good Day

I hope everyone is okay .

I see that I have African Bank Sabings account that is in arrears ,which I never opened and now I am getting messages threatning my credit record .

I went to African Bank Greenacres and querried that ,asking them to close this account , their response was , I have to pay R20.00 for them to close the account .

I have no problem of paying that amount but my question is , how many people in South Africa are paying those R20.00 and where are they going to ?

I guess by R20.00 to close the account I have never opened is a **** , I firmly believe that African Bank is ****ming me .
