African Bank can't keep their promise on payment arrangements
African Bank: Your request *** could not be met due to no refund due. Call ***for more information. In July African Banks debit order was faulty so it didn't go of after a few days African Bank phoned me to make payment arrangement so we made an agreement that I would go to African Bank and fix the debit order but if I can't I should pay manually for this month so I paid manually and then suddenly the debit order went also off so I called African Bank and then I was told they will reverse the payment so now they don't want to pay back the debit order African Bank can't keep theire side of the arrangements

28 Aug 2022, 11:24I just called African Bank so suddenly the lady said I did not pay theirs no proof of payment I made the payment on my loan the money is out of my account you go to menu loans pay my loan and make the payment their so I so their is a reversal also but nothing was paid back in my account on the 25 August so where is the money?

28 Aug 2022, 11:45And I was called back the money is missing and they don't know how to use a calculator to see how much is missing out of my statements I am closing my account at African Bank! I suggest people should start paying attention in their accounts I switch banks if such problems starts
