African Bank cant add arrears interest so they proceed to debit me for no reason R684 x2 keeping customers in debt to themR

When you pay your loan account and now they cant add arrears interest so they just decide to debit to add R684 x2 from the account. I know your financial results were bad but to rob and after 4 years of paying the amount owing has not decreased at all is daylight ******. Keeping people indebted to you is not lawful surely. DO NOT CALL ME UNTIL THAT IS REVERSED. WILL LODGE ANOTHER COMPLAINT WITH THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN
