African bank cant accept instant payments

I have been trying to make an INSTANT payment TO my Myworld account for weeks now and it keeps on failing when I sent it from either Nedbank or Fnb. Nedbank and Fnb say there is no issue on their side. African bank is not aware of any issues. Instant payment work fine from Fnb to nedbank and vice versa. So the problem is with African bank. Was on the phone with your call centre for over an hour. They even went thru the process with me to load my myworld account as benificiary on my Fnb account although it was fine before. Still nothing. Normal payments work...but not instant payments TO my Myworld account. Please can I get a 100% correct answer to what the issue is? This is so frustrating.
