African Bank bullies

I bought 2 bedroom suites from furn city Ermelo in 2007 and within 4 months *****s came loose,l started reporting at the branch got and no help.At 6 months they started falling apart, l kept on reporting the problem at the shop,l continued paying while waiting for them to send someone.I went the first time it was a lady who was a manager,second time l went the manager was now a guy who claimed to know nothing about my problem.The third time when l went it was a different manager again.By then l had taken the bedroom suites out of the house and stored them in the outside room waiting for furn city to assist me.It was always a different story when l went .l stopped paying and bought myself 2 new bedroom suites.Now this year for the first time l am told by a lady called Kelebogile from African Bank that the reason l must pay is that my furniture was out of guarantee,l went to the store many times no one told me that because they knew when l started to report. Now in 2023 African Bank wants me to pay for bedroom suites l used for less than 6 months .They call persistently and even sent people to my work place.

I won't mind paying for Furniture l used,but pay for furniture l replaced within 6 months of buying it.

If only l had gotten this persistent service in fixing the furniture l replaced l would have paid gladly.
