AFRICAN BANK BLOCKING MY POSSIBILITIES

Good day I took a Credit Card and Loan with African back in 2014 if not mistaken. Lastyear November I requested Settlement Letters for both and made payment as per agreement.

The Credit Card information has been updated with the Credit Bureau and reflects That I have paid up the Account But the Loan department never cared to update this information on their systems and the Account shows that I owe African Bank over R23 000.... And that is causing me alot as I recently tried taking a Home loan

African Bank I confirm that both Accounts were paid up as per agreement, please please can you update this information so it shows correctly on my Credit Report Pretty Please, if there's money owing then please contact me
