African bank blocked account

African bank doesn't care about they clients needs, I reported my account that was blocked on 04/07/2023 even today my account is still blocked and they told me that I must go Capitec bank because is the who reported ***** on my account, how can Capitec bank assistant African bank client. I hate African bank is so unhelpful shame. I went to the branch they sent them email and they never reply to that email.
