AFRICAN BANK

This company is the worst every I don't encourage anyone to do business with them. Because when there is a problem they not willing to help.This is my second Hello Peter and I haven't got help from African bank

My Id was used **********ly at African bank. My whole bag was snached away from me years back. I opened a fnb account. Savings account I tried to take out my money it wasn't allowing me. So I went to the bank the bank. They said Afican bank put a hold on my Account and that I should contact them.

I contacted Afican bank got a hold a lady who told me to email forensic. With my ID Affidavit and 6 signatures. Waited for some days before I contacted Hello Peter I spoke to a lady who know told me I need to go to the branch and do biometrics she isn't able to send a code to my phone. I'm told different things to do. Just to sort this problem. I have two small children that depend on me and I cannot access my money. Every time they send response they can't get hold of me while my phone is on 24/***7
