Shoo where do I start... loan application made over 2 weeks ago. Sent relevant documents through via 3 channels.. even went onto the branch where I was treated like something the cat dragged.. everyday I have been requested to send thd same documents through.. which I duly did.on one occasion. I tried to speak to a consultant who put the phone down in my ear. Absolutely appalling service
