african bank bad service

good day,, i've app**** for loan 25 of April 2015 that was on sat i signed the contract and i was told that money will be paid in after 48 hours..but still today the 5 of may no money in to my account i've been calling them since then but every time i call i'm told that the head offices are still busy with my application i don\t know whats really going on because i really need the money i now i don't have hope i'm think of cancelling the application because its stresses me out because even now i don't know when the money is gonna be in i'm just told to call again to check.."
