African bank bad customer service
I am very disappointed with African bank as my mother app**** for a loan 3months back and it was approved after a month they blocked her African bank account so that she doesn't have access to use the money but to my surprise they are deducting monthly instalment ,I feel that African bank is ******** my mother why did they give her a loan amount then after they block that money so that she doesn't get access it but keep on taking their monthly instalment this is totally unacceptable. It is being 3months now ,we have being going back and forth trying to log complain with their branches in mafik eng but never received assistance.

30 Nov 2022, 11:12We kept on calling your customer service but they keep on telling us that they are not when will the matter been resolved ,now you want us to call you again,we don't have money to call aker u guys blocked pur account where the hell will we get the money to give u a call meanwhile u blocked our bank account.
Please give us a call on *** and speak to my mother to resolve the matter.i am totally not happy with ur service
