African bank bad customer service

I have switched banks, from standard bank to nedbank. On the 6th of March nedbank sent african bank a debit order switch request on my behalf and african bank did not approve /accept it and now I have unnecessary charges because of someone who failed to do his her job this is unacceptable. I'm unhappy with the level of service african bank rendered.
