African Bank

I sent money from my account to someone else's account and the person pretended to be someone that I knew and few hours later I then find out that the person I sent money to is not the real person that I thought it was so I reported the matter to African Bank of which they wanted the proof of payment and affidavit in January and right after that they've just frozen my acc I can't use the money until today and when I'm calling them they are saying they can't help me with anything it out of their hands and I just wantd them to release my money so that I can be able to use it while they continue with the investigations.
