AFRICAN BANK ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RESORT TO CONSTANT HARRASSMENT WHEN YOU ARE UNDER DEBT REVIEW.

I have been under Debt Review since 2021. My monthly debit order has been deducted regularly every month to pay the creditors, which include African Bank. Since January 2025 African Bank have been harrassing me by phoning me every half an hour or hour telling me that I am in arrears with my payments and that I need to make immediate payment to them. They also send me sms's every few weeks telling me the same. They are now also calling me at my place of employment. Their calls to my cellphone I ignore as they know very well that they are NOT to contact me but to contact Debt Restruct if they have any issues. They are now calling me at my place of employment and I keep telling them that they are not allowed to contact me directly but are to contact my lawyers. They are relentless in harrassing me and need to stop! I would not advise anyone to do any business with them if this is how they operate !!
