AFRICAN BANK ARE ********!!!!!!!! TOOK R24K even after a R4 loan was paid in full!!!!!!!!!

I have now made numerous enquiries and sent countless emails. Now they have listed me as skipping payments again this year. This account has been paid in full already in 2016. I have all the proof, yet I cannot get feedback from anyone pertaining to this so I can send it to them and have it sorted. I have even gone so far as to send a complaint to the Ombud, yet still no feedback. AFRICAN BANK ARE ********!!!!!!!!!!!!
