AFRICAN BANK ARE *******

1 Star is too high for how terrible African Bank is. Avoid this institution at all costs!!!

I've been dealing with a ***** case since July of money taken out my account and still almost 6 months later I haven't been able to get my money back.

I've phoned, emailed, been into the Rosebank & Sandton branch multiple times, shouted, screamed, swore and still African can't resolve the issue.

Between the *********** Sandton Branch Manager Teboho Mokoabane and the even more useless "investigator", Zamantshali Mtshali they've told me that I have to go and open a case with the police (which I did).

They told me that I had to contact Nedbank, where the money was withdrawn, and get them to investigate it (which I did).

I even went so far as to 1 day call Thebo into Nedbank so that he could be told how to handle the case. He's done nothing since then and showed how worthless he is. If he's a branch manager who have to know that those working in the branch and call centre are beyond useless in their capacity to help you.

The police, who are even more useless than the staff at African bank, for some reason closed the case without contacting the banks. The useless ***** investigator Zama has sat in Midrand office calling the police, who's lines obviously don't work, but I'm expected to go back and follow up.

I've been wasting my time and money trying to get a resolution and all the other banks I spoke to said that if i was their client they would be doing the work and investigation for me.

It's hard to put into words how utterly pathetic, ***********, useless & ridiculous African Bank is. Not only should you not bank there, if you have accounts with them CLOSE THEM NOW and tell everyone you know to stay as far away from the bank as possible.

Hopefully if enough people pull out the bank will close and we never have to hear of them again.

Their staff will then be ready to work for government as none contributing members of society who do nothing all day but leach time & money off the general public.

Shame on all of you and may you be victims of ***** yourselves to go through the ordeal I have!!
