African Bank are ******!

I'm so disappointed and disgusted by African Bank I paid off my loan and they still debited my account, to top it all they debited double of the installment, I'm out of town with with work I don't even have money to entertain myself and there isn't any African bank where I am I'm so annoyed I'm never opening anything with African Bank! And they sent me a paid up letter but still debited ******!
