AFRICAN BANK APP NEVER WORKS!

CLEARLY AFRICAN BANK DOESNT CARE!

For years, we have been begging this bank to fix whatever bug fixes necessary for the smooth usage of the app. Atleast a thousand times a day, we are unable to use it. “WE APOLOGISE, WE CANNOT SATISFY YOUR REQUEST AT THE MOMENT” should be their registered name. What is the point of an app if (ESPECIALLY in emergency cases) we do not have access to our money. The app is such a fail! Closed down my account 2 years ago for the very reason, an entire TWO YEARS LATER, I reopened it with the hopes of getting a smooth experience, and the same problem remains!
