African bank App is the worst

I wanted to load R25 cellc airtime for my husband via the app however I got an error message like 3 times on the 4th try it said processed however when I checked my balance it stated that the airtime was loaded 4 times meaning it processed R25 airtime 4 times and I needed the R75 to pay my account urgently today I need this money urgently or I will not be able to pay my account,I am so angry as I never had this problem with the capitec app please I need help people don't waste your time with African bank only problems but no solutions if I don't pay this account I won't be able to get a job as the company I am applying to does a credit check
