AFRICAN BANK AND THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi.. my name is Nqobile from Joburg. I have a problem with African bank they have unfairly blacklisted me, as a result i can`t even apply for simple cell phone contract as i cannot afford to buy it cash. The say that i app**** for a loan in 2011 and during that period i was unemployed and did not have any source of income. When i asked them to clear my name they said i should provide them with the copy of my ID, 6 signature and an affidavit which i did. Later after i had sent those documents through a lady by the name of Nisaa Allee called me and asked me a few questions and she told me that she will be investigating my case, i was very happy to hear that finally i`d be able to apply for credits just like everyone else. After a week or so she called me back and said the loan was paid into a nedbank account therefore i need to go to nedbank and ask them for a letter stating that the account was opened **********ly, i went to nedbank and the consultant told me that the account was closed due to ***** and that they cannot give me any letter. I informed Nisaa Allee via email. After a week or 2 i received a call from Nhlanhla Buthelezi saying that he is doing a follow up on my case, i explained everything to him. He told me to go back to nedbank again and demand to speak to the manager, i had to drop everything i was doing that day and go to nedbank and when i got there i was told that there is nothing they can do to help me, i begged the manager to help me untill they told me that they will contact the nedbank foreinsic and ask them to issue a clearance latter and then get back to me in 2- 3 days. A week or 2 passed without hearing anything from nedbank then i decided to call the nedbank head office and the guy that i spoke to told me that they are not the ones who listed me therefor they are not going to give me a letter, African bank should take the full responsibility do the proper investigation and clear my name. Since then i`ve been trying to get hold of Nisaa Alle and have left tons of messages for her on the number that she gave me and when i ask for Nhlanhla Buthelezi I`m always told that there is nobody by the name of Nhlanhla Buthelezi there. I am a single parent and struggling to get a job and credit as a result. Your assistance will highly be appreciated.
