African bank and Norman bissett and associates bad service

its been months since I paid off my African Bank credit card but African Bank has been giving me a run around in updating my information on ITC I don't know what else to do anymore TransUnion has been trying to contact them on my behalf but the Bank and Norman bissett and associates are not responding. When they want you to pay them they will contact you non stop but when its time to update the information they simple don't care cause they got what they want.
