African bank and myworld rewards incompetence

I’m disappointed with African bank and myworld reward team, they are not working properly and communication too bad, I did not receive my reward for May month and when I call and ask they say I did not swipe 10 times in May but I’ve swiped more than 20 times and they say they do not know how to assist, I asked to check my statement for May reward team says they got information from African bank that I did not swipe 10 times and also African bank consultant ( Salume) said she got information from reward team, I also have emails from reward team that they say they got information from African bank that I did not swipe 10 times, very *********** I’m disappointed by them and *****
