African Bank Airtime ****

I tried to buy R55 airtime last night and got an error, I made seven attempts that were not successful only to find out the difference has been deducted from my account yet I received no notifications of the transactions. Today I went into a branch to enquire and I was told they can see what happened but offered little to no assistance as far as me getting refunded. I have never experienced anything like this before…
