African bank, African ********** with horrible service

Even if i het desperate I'd never in my life go to African bank. In actual fact, if your jave dreams for your future, avoid African bank. They're like wolfs in a sheep skin. So i tried to communicate with these people earlier this year to arrange payment but they were nowhere to be found, no response both emails phone calls. The same just happened now, they wrongfully wrote on my credit record rhat i have arrears on their loan. Which i jad even paid ahead. When i went to thw branch i was told thta my account is upto date but on my credit record i was on arrears. That also which i had to arrange a manual debit order to pay. I tgen decided to settle the loan because now my car finance application was rejected because of their incompetence. The loan was settled and i even downloaded a paid up letter from the app. But today on the 02 December 2020,my nedbank account was dsbited by African bank. That's my children's money that i worked hard for. And like always, they're unreasonable, neither with calls or emails. Ive spent more than R100 of airtime waiting for them to answer their phones. My credit record still looks horrible while they are busy with debits of a settled loan. African bank please fix my credit record and bring back my money yiu endemies of progress. This that you are doing is ***** and it wont end well for Y'all i promise you
