African Bank account without my permission

Someone from African Bank called and made me an offer for a loan or credit card. After giving all my info I was declined. The next day I received an sms that my African Bank card is ready for collection. I never anyone permission to open a African Bank account in my name. The consultants offer these products under pretence that you qualify for a loan or credit card and giving all your personal info you have a bank account opened. She also sent me a link where she could verify my ID number (which was stupid of me) and scanned my face(this should've been my red flag). African Bank teach your consultants not to trick people like this in order to sell a product.
