African bank account on hold

How I hate African Bank right now.....my account was put on hold without me knowing. Got so embarrassed when I had to pay. Even called their contact center 2 of the people couldn't resolve my problem instead they have no idea what's going on. 😡😡they even refused to call me back as their client while my airtime was running out due to them not knowing what they doing 😑.....I'm changing this poor service bank. Won't recommend to anyone. No reference nothing.
