AFRICAN BANK

I have a credit card with with AB, my account is in arrears and have made an arrangement to lessen the monthly payable installment which was a success. The concern I have is that AFRICAN BANK defaulted/ blacklisted my name and therefore I cannot apply for any better opportunities/ jobs that may improve in terms of my income. I work in the FINANCE field and when I apply for a new employment, a credit check is made and AFRICAN BANK has blacklisted me and I cannot find that specific job due to AB. I am paying the agreed upon amount on a monthly basis with no complains but why is my name defaulted. I will much appreciate of my name is cleared. African Bank becomes a poor and unfair service provider. Not happy at all.
