AFRICAN BANK-A misnomer

I invested a fixed deposit for 3 months a substantial amount on the 21st of July 23 and received an undated agreement. All paperwork states this was effected on 1st Aug. I have written numerous emails, made more than 30 trips, and exorbitant costs on calls. The clarity has been less than desired. They compensated me with R500 for my pain! Due to non-clarity, I could not re-invest!!! I will be out of pocket due to this. Communication seems cascaded and not elevated to a responsible person. I am at a loss as the local branch is not in a position to assist
