I cannot believe that African Bank has the odacity to take an debit order from my account when an payment arrangement has been in place over an period of 5 months, secondly they no idea what is going on in their accounts department. 3rd ley they cannot even manage their outsourced companies such as cwx credit worx. There is a lack of communication between the departments, they unprofessional in every manner, I find it appalling that they would act in such an unprofessional manner.

And the best answer they can give you is We are sorry. Sorry in not a valid excuse anymore .
